The hotel is located within walking distance of the historical, cultural and shopping centre of Valencia. In less than 1 kilometre you can find lots of museums and landmarks, such as the City of Arts and Sciences, the Cathedral, Santa Catalina Church and Mestalla Football Stadium. The beach is about 3 kilometres away.

The Westin Hotel is housed in an impressive building that was originally constructed in a modernist style in 1917. The lobby is bright and tastefully decorated. The 135 guestrooms combine a classic style with avant-garde technology and feature the exclusive Westin Heavenly Bed. Spacious enough to also have a modest sitting area, all are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. There are several dining options at the hotel. Comment
The two restaurants were very disappointing for dinner. The food was quite good but the ambience was non-existent. The head waiter in the 'expensive' restaurant was arrogant, abrupt and almost rude. The rest of the waiters looked miserable.
The dining rooms and staff can definitely be improved. They forgot to give us our early morning call - unforgiveable as we could have missed our flight.
