The hotel is built on top of an open-air shopping centre, which contains a Mercadona supermarket, restaurants, shops, multiplex cinema and bowling alley. Just walk downstairs and everything you need is there. Situated right next to its sister property – the Aqua-3 hotel – it is easily accessed from all roads leading into the city. It is 30 minutes’ walk to the Old Town, but guests can easily catch the number 19 bus, which passes right by the shopping centre. The hotel is also 20 minutes’ walk to beach, making it great for the America’s Cup, and 10 minutes to the City of Arts and Sciences (500 metres away.) Reaching the airport will take 25 minutes in a taxi and cost €25 – 30.

Newly built in June 2006, the 4-star Confortel Aqua-4 Hotel has a huge lobby, divided into three distinct areas and decorated in a very modern style with bright colours. In the first area there are retro-style funky lights and chairs, as well as red and black sofas with reclining retro-style seats. In the second area there are revolving green modern seats and large flat screen TVs showing MTV. In the third area there is a small café with white funky plastic chairs. All the areas have high ceilings and there are three sets of lifts. There also a business centre in lobby. WIFI is free throughout the hotel.
