The hotel is located near the Music and Convention Hall, City of Science and Telecommunications Tower. It is next to the Port Terminal, with easy access the to city's in-coming and out-going highways and to the airport. It is also 10 minutes' walk from the train station.

The Abba Acteon Hotel is an impressive property, full of wide-open, light-filled spaces. The spacious lobby is marble floored and pleasantly decorated. The 187 guest rooms well decorated, with extra-large beds and are sound-proofed. They are kept in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms. The restaurant is on the ground floor and is spacious and furnished functionally without appearing too cold.
